I started taking this supplement for my foot neuropathy at the recommendation of my podiatrist. The neuropathy in my feet, with all of its related effects, was driving me crazy... the tingling, pain, burning, freezing, anxiety, numbness. I can honestly say that except for the numbness, ALL of those symptoms are vastly improved. There might even be a slight improvement in the numbness. I am so relieved and appreciative.
